Nows The Time to Scoop it Up!

With the U.S housing market in a crunch, now is the best time to scoop up properties for a great deal. The only trick is that you need to be in the position to capitalize on it. If you are in debt or don’t have knowledge about real estate, then you can’t get in on the action. Foreclosures, Repossessions, even 1031 exchange deals can get you great properties with little impact to your financial situation — you just need to know how and be financially solvent. But there still might be time to get with the program. I predict the current housing crunch to last at least through 2009. This means you still have time to educate yourself about real estate transactions and get financially on your feet. There hasn’t been a housing market this bad in decades — it could really be a “once in a lifetime” chance to build a real estate empire. Get on track financially, save a nest eggs for down payments and/or application fees, and learn all you can about real estate and financing. Within a year you too could be ready to buy low (and sell high later). And if you are lucky or smart enough to be in the position to buy now, then all the more power to you!
