Why Are Sales Jobs So Difficult?
Why? Because “Great Sales People — Made not Born!” It is said that great sales people are just born that way. I say “No way!” Sure some people have natural talents and abilities, but for 99% of the people out there working in Sales and Marketing, the skill is one which is learned. In my life, I have come across good sales people, poor sales people, and, sometimes, amazing sales people. The difference between the latter and the other two is nothing less than shocking. In fact, not only do these sales people make a lot of sales, but they do so in a way which the buyer wants to come back for more! No buyers regret here.
