Neither Obama or McCain
Isn’t it funny how neither Obama or McCain is talking about the concept of Gay Marriage? Even when reporters ask them questions, they back down, saying that there are more important things going on right now like wars and the economy. President G.W. Bush, on the other hand, used the subject of Gay Marriage (not the wars) to win re-election in 2004. But this time around, the subject is not “needed” by either party to drum up support. I thought it was a little awkward when a reporter asked Obama “Don’t you think only allowing civil unions and not marriage is sort of like “separate but equal” doctorine?” Yikes! (Obama is for civil unoins but against full fledged marriage).

I remember when Gay marriage was introduced to the UK. It just happened, no-one really cared. It was just something that happened, no big deal.
